Writing a rental contract is one of the most crucial duties of every rental management company in the City of Alexandria.

Leases normally have a one-year term. Longer leases are rarely approved and only after discussions with the landlord. With the investor’s approval—especially during slower rental periods—our brokerage makes rental contracts for less than one year. Most usually landlords accept longer or shorter leases to have the rental contract expire during a more active rental period.
