When a real estate seller puts a property on the market the real estate seller agrees to pay Realtor commissions. The property hunter doesn't pay commissions.
Kim Nesbitt
Nesbitt Realty is not the only company offering home hunter's rebates, but we are a locally-operated family-run real estate brokerage that appreciates every single client.
Nesbitt Realty
In many cases, a condo seller pays the company representing the buyer 2% to 3% of the sales price. (A buyer's agent makes a portion of that amount.) The buyer doesn't pay any fee because the commission offered by the home seller is paid to both the buyer and real estate seller's Realtors. We rebate a portion of that commission to the shopper and we pay a portion to the real estate professional representing the buyer client. Of course, there are terms and conditions that apply. For example, some lenders won't allow you to accept a rebate or they limit the amount that we can rebate to you.
5116 Donovan Dr #408 is on the market at $510,000. Nesbitt Realty and Nesbitt Realty will refund $2,574 to our client at closing when they use Nesbitt Realty as their buyer agent.
